Digital business analyst
The role of Digital Business Analyst in doDigital requires to strong analytical and management skills to carry out context analysis and contribute to the definition of scenarios of technological evolution in the context of reengineering and transformation projects of business services and business processes.
The position also requires the knowledge of the basic elements of a Company Information Systems in order to detect and provide evidence related to innovation needs and identify the best technological opportunities to be seized in the transformation of processes, services and /or information systems for medium to large companies.
The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Management Engineering (or related), with a strong ability to structure analysis and business cases combined with a knowledge of the basic elements of a Company Information System. You also need a good understanding of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point.
The selected figure will be involved in the following activities:
• Set up and conduct desk research and documentation analysis on topics of interest (e.g. technological scouting, benchmarks, direct and indirect analysis, etc.)
• Conduct market analysis on reference sectors in relation to the impacts that digital technologies are having on operating methods and consumption habits.
• Detect requirements and the needs of information, technological and functional support to business processes and services.
• Map underlying business services and processes, data flows and data schemas.
• Participate in the project meetings (both internal and with the customer), and draft the minutes and documents relating to the project.
• Conduct scenario analysis and design the model including action plans.
